UCAC has 17 County Societies. Every county has its county officer,  and each County Society is represented on the National Council and at the Annual Conference.

By attending meetings of the County Societies and the County Conferences, members can play a key role in UCAC's democratic processes and can help to ensure that the Union voices the opinions of the majority of members.
